This top US law firm's well-established and thriving London Real Estate Finance team has an excellent new opportunity for a further ambitious Associate to join them. Their team predominantly acts for financial institutions and alternative lenders across the UK and Europe, and has particular expertise in large-scale, multi-jurisdictional transactions; gradual and consistent growth and expansion over the past two years has significantly strengthened their market position here. While active across the full range of RE Fin structures, they are particularly seeking exposure to securitisations, CLOs, broader ABS deals and loan originations, with a keen interest in developing top-level skills in these areas. Applicants should ideally be working at a top law firm (UK or US) in London and have excellent academic credentials.  Experience of working with US clients and leading counsel in key jurisdictions (mainly Europe, ME, Lux, CI, Cayman, etc.) would particularly be a plus, as would experience in working on UK and European deals (relevant language skills are a plus but not essential).  The firm welcome individuals with an entrepreneurial approach who are ambitious self-starters.  Don't miss this stand-out London career opportunity.  Please apply now for more details!
