They are particularly seeking someone with between 1 and 3 years’ experience from a top tier City Capital Markets practice. Applicants should ideally have had some experience in providing advice to clients in both equity and debt transactions, including listings on the London Stock Exchange. As their London Capital Markets practice operates as a single integrated team working on a broad range of international transactions (including SEC-registered and Rule 144A offerings), the role presents an excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop experience on matters with both UK and US elements.
