Our client is a leading regional law firm with an excellent presence in the local Yorkshire market. This firm are truly property specialists with this being an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious conveyancing professional to join a reputable firm of solicitors.

If you are an experienced conveyancing professional this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level in a vibrant, supportive and flexible environment.

Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be a qualified solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed conveyancer.

If successful, you will perform the following tasks as a Residential conveyancing solicitor

* Managing a busy caseload of both sale and purchase matter from file opening to completion
* Taking instructions from clients
* Obtaining and preparing file documents
* Billing files and collecting monies due
* Any other duties as required by the Firm from time to time

To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:

* 2 years + residential conveyancing experience
* Qualified solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed conveyancer.
* Ability to deal with technical details involved within the conveyancing process
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
