Although they are not a central London firm they regularly and capably deal with opponents based in the City and West End (whether it is in litigation, corporate or commercial property transactions or otherwise).

Known for a strong roster of excellent Heads of Department and a strong management and leadership team a number of their key individuals were trained in reputable and well respected firms either in the City or the West End.

The firm has grown solidly and consistently since their establishment.  The main growth has been organic although in recent years there have been a number of strategic acquisitions and bolt-ons. These have helped to establish new departments within the Firm.

The Firm is extremely collegiate and they provide a commercial, pragmatic, quality service which compares to City and West End firms but at more competitive rates whilst encouraging teamwork, training and mentoring across the firm in order to foster a "family" type atmosphere.

THE ROLE

The firm is currently looking for a talented and efficient conveyancer who is well versed in all of the disciplines of residential property, at the mid-senior level (4PQE +) in order to service some of the work that currently lands on the desk of the Head of Department, who the successful candidate will be working closely with and will be mentored by.

There is presently a gap between the HoD and the junior members of the team so that the incumbent will have fantastic career progression opportunities and will be given significant responsibility as they are groomed for ultimate Partnership in the future.
