This business has grown at stratospheric pace over the last few years, with exciting new tech related ventures and projects in the pipeline.

Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will be given a huge amount of autonomy from the get go but with amazing support and training. You will be getting involved in a highly varied workload, including:

· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts i.e. business to business supplier and customer contracts.
· Advising on key strategy projects i.e. the roll out of new website and customer app.
· Advising the key stakeholders within the different business units i.e. advising the marketing team on competitions, campaigns and advertising.
· Assisting with data privacy and compliance matters, as well as intellectual property.
· Other ad hoc matters i.e. litigation or employment.

You will be given fantastic training and support, but also a lot of autonomy, so the key is that you are eager to learn and develop your legal skills across a variety of area. You will be someone who wants to build up your own personal brand within the business, so you will need to be approachable and keen on advising the different stakeholders e.g. marketing, operations, HR, or finance. If you are already working in-house but seeking more exposure to a wider variety of work, or you currently work in a law firm and are wanting to start your in-house legal career, then this opportunity is second to none.

The package is made up of the base salary, a fantastic bonus scheme and separate share scheme, pension, private health care and you can work 3-4 days from home per week.
