Sacco Mann is proud to be working exclusively and in partnership with a Private Equity-backed, forward thinking, ambitious and leading data, analytics and insight company with global interests.

Headquartered in London but with prestigious offices in Leeds, the group has experienced 20% organic growth in the last financial year - this year, they are on track to deliver +30% growth. As such, the group now needs to recruit a commercial lawyer to assist the General Counsel with the next phase of their journey, which may result in this person ultimately becoming the current GC's successor.

Opportunities such as this in the North are especially rare and the role will be of particular interest to commercial lawyers who have experience of advising and working within the areas of Data Protection/GDPR, IT Contracts, Intellectual Property and Contracts for the Supply of Goods and Services.

It's a greenfield site and offers huge potential with a business which will change and grow drastically over the course of the next five years, offering the successful candidate huge diversity and commercial exposure across a range of legal content.

They are a highly flexible employer and would anticipate minimal office presenteeism (c2-3 days a month) though there is equally an option should you feel more comfortable working in an office environment - It's up to you.

Salary is likely to be in the region of £70k-£75k + benefits and we'd anticipate this person having at least 3 years PQE in commercial law with interest in DP as well as a confident and robust personality.
