Corporate Insurance - NQ-1 PQE - US law firm

An elite Global US law firm are looking to recruit a Newly Qualified or 1 years PQE Solicitor to join their highly regarded Corporate Insurance team in London. The team advises leading insurers and reinsurers, private equity firms, brokers and other financial institutions on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions, including private M&A and take privates, insurance portfolio transfers and other transactions, as well as on capital raises and on regulatory issues in the UK and European insurance market.  Working with their colleagues in the global insurance practice, they have worked on some of the largest global public and private transactions to date, advising U.S., Asian and European clients on cross-border transactions in Europe, the United States, Bermuda and Asia-Pacific.

The ideal candidate will have general company and commercial skills and have an interest in insurance, in particular with a focus on M&A, Reinsurance transactions and insurance regulation and law.
