The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the friendliest firms in East Sussex.
Working closely with several Partners, you will be undertaking a high-quality commercial property caseload to include development, acquisitions, plot sales disposals, planning agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements.
In addition, you'll play a key role in business development and networking activities to continue to grow this highly successful commercial property offering.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ years PQE (there is no upper limit)
- You will have a great eye for detail
- You will be ambitious and dynamic
- You will be an excellent team player
