Banking Lawyer (Indian Qualified) – Singapore

We have been instructed to locate a bright, ambitious Indian qualified finance lawyer for the Singapore office of this Magic Circle law firm. Ideally with a minimum of 4yrs PQE, you will have developed your experience to date within a Tier 1 firm and be attracted to an opportunity to move to Singapore and become part of a leading banking practice, with a reputation for transactions across Southeast Asia and specifically India.  The work spans all types of syndicated bank finance and includes advising both lenders and borrowers on complex sponsor and corporate acquisition financing, structured and limited recourse financings.

Applicants will need to be academically excellent with a stable career history and strong client relationships across the Indian market, which will translate well to a top tier international law firm and the type of work they look to transact in the region.
