Legal Counsel sought for established and market leading business in Liverpool.

Your new role
Joining a well established in-house legal team, you will handle a range of commercial contracts work. You will advise on supply agreements, purchase agreements, tender reviews, export contracts and non-disclosure agreements. In addition, you will play a role in advising the business on compliance and risk mitigation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a commercial lawyer with 6+ years' pqe. You will have a broad range of commercial experience and be adept at building strong internal working relationships.
