Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Administrator/Paralegal with experience of trade marks to expand their knowledge for a leading UK law firm that acts for high profile celebrities and sports players. You will be working closely with the IP team carrying out tasks such as trade mark formalities, portfolio management and general paralegal duties. 
 
New Role as a Paralegal: 
  • Managing and updating the trade marks database using WIPO, UKIPO and EUIPO 
  • Filing applications, oppositions and cancellation actions. 
  • Direct contact with clients under attorney supervision 
  • Preparing client costs, handling invoices and associated admin tasks 
  • Direct assistance with attorneys and lawyers with trade mark audits 
  • Managing emails and paper correspondence 
 
About You: 
  • 1+ Years' experience 
  • WebTMS/IPPO database experience 
  • CITMA paralegal qualification 
  • Hands on approach to anything 
  • High attention to detail  
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
