Offshore Legal has been instructed by a leading firm in Bermuda to source a senior associate for their busy litigation practice. The team cover a wide range of commercial litigation with a particular focus on insolvency,  banking and funds disputes, shareholders disputes, trust disputes etc although candidates are definitely not required to have experience across all of these areas.

The successful candidates will be Commonwealth qualified and have 6-10 years PQE within the litigation practices of major firms in the UK, Australia, NZ, Canada and of course Bermuda.  The firm offers highly attractive packages, including salary, bonus, relocation, healthcare, pension and assistance with accommodation. Income tax in Bermuda is just 6.6%!
