Job Details
We are working with a prestigious New York headquartered firm on an NQ opening in their acclaimed Corporate Private Equity practice.
The role will be primarily focussed on providing M&A support for high-calibre, blue-chip clients private equity clients. Candidates will thus be expected to have completed at least one corporate M&A seat, ideally with private equity experience.
The Partners are seeking Magic Circle trainees who may be interested in joining the firm upon qualification.
The successful candidate will not only benefit from exposure to high-value, high-quality matters, but will also be rewarded with full US rates which is the highest possible salary in the City Legal Market.
