*RARE* Commercial PSL- US FIRM

A Rare opportunity has arisen at a leading US firm who are seeking a Commercial PSL to join their London office. The department works on a range of complex and innovative commercial contracts for clients across industries including TMT, automotive, food & drink, life sciences, and consumer. The Commercial team provides advice based on a deep understanding of suppliers, customers as well as other stakeholders along with the entire supply and value chain including regulators- boasting multiple lawyers in various jurisdictions to advise clients across these industries regarding commercial, distribution, and foreign trade law, as well as product-related regulations along the entire supply and value chain. Duties for the PSL specifically will include Strategy, Training, Legal Knowhow and Business Development. Applicants should be at least 5PQE with a strong background in Commercial law.
