Job Details
Working on matters across the EMEA region the postholder will engage with development and marketing teams to advise on key legal & regulatory aspects of the content that the business is creating. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial, technology, marketing and licensing agreements. In addition to this you will be involved in related ad-hoc advice on a broad variety of legal matters
The client believes that the role requires a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years' PQE but applications from all levels will be consider on merit. Experience from the media/entertainment sector is key, and anything related to gaming would be ideal. You must have dealt with content creation/licensing in the past, and any experience in privacy, ecommerce, IP and marketing would also be extremely helpful
