Job Details
A well-known global financial services organisation is recruiting a junior commercial contracts lawyer to join it's large and well-established team in Manchester City Centre.
- Drafting and negotiation of supplier and service agreements;
- Working in line with the supplier and procurement team to ensure management of risk;
- Assessing business requirements and commercial and legal risk; and
- Advising on contractual and commercial issues.
The role does not require previous experience in financial services but you will need post-qualified experience in commercial contracts gained either in private practice or in-house. The role is likely to suit a lawyer with 1-3 PQE.
This is a great opportunity to build varied commercial experience within financial services and technology. The company has a brilliant culture and package and operate a hybrid office working policy.
