Recognised as one of the leading US (London based) law firms in the city, this practice is recruiting for a UK qualified Commercial & Technology Lawyer, 2-6 PQE, to join their London office.
You will join the firm's global Commercial Technology team in London.
You will work for clients across EMEA and in the US, working on large-scale IT outsourcing transactions, as well as tech M&A and other types of tech transactions including cloud agreements (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), software licensing and development agreements, reseller and distribution agreements.
The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified Commercial Solicitor, 3-6 PQE, with experience in in commercial and outsourcing matters.
This role offers an exception opportunity to join a practice, where you can expect access to global clients, working on a variety of cross-border and international issues, in addition to cutting edge technology and sourcing issues, on a day to-day basis. The role also offers a very strong remuneration package.
