Job Details

This is a rare opportunity for a Corporate lawyer to work in an industry leading, business-focused boutique international law firm with Directory-Ranked Partners.

This role will entail complex, cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, equity capital markets, major projects, restructurings, corporate governance, and general corporate law matters working across multiple jurisdictions. This will also provide a very interesting opportunity to work with celebrities, actors and professional athletes on their commercial agreements, including protecting their intellectual property rights and agreements with agents.

As part of this team you will work directly with highly supportive and friendly partners and be given lots of training and support as well as responsibility and autonomy. This is an incredible opportunity to broaden your practice while working with a true leader in the Corporate world, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to multi-billion dollar clients.

There are flexible working arrangements, exceptional bonuses (around 30%) and a very strong remuneration package. Although the remuneration package is similar to the elite US, the work/life balance and culture are completely different. This firm understands that there is a life outside work and evenings, weekends and holidays are looked after. The team is currently working around 1500-1600 hours per year.
