We approach partner recruitment scientifically; we track all commercial law firm moves in London (see our bi-monthly Partner Moves publication) – and, together with a host of financial and non-financial tools, objectively analyse the market on your behalf in order to find client and business synergies for your practice. Our January-February 2022 Partner Moves evidenced an increase in lateral hiring activity compared to last year, as well as the 5-year average for the same period, with 94 partner moves in the first two months of the year.
