Within the past 5 years, they've been involved in more sub-£500m private equity deals for UK investors than any other firm, with transactions spanning nearly 40 different jurisdictions. The team helps clients to build and execute complex deal pipelines, and supports their investments throughout their life to a successful financial exit; every step of the way, they strive to bring fresh ideas and market insights to the process. Their broad practice encompasses advising mid-market investors on investments, ongoing portfolio matters and exit transactions; advising management teams on higher value private equity transactions; and advising founders and growth companies on private equity fundraisings across varied sectors (incl. business services, consumer & leisure, education & training, financial services, healthcare, media and technology).
