This highly rated mid-tier City and national law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a junior-level Associate to join their thriving Commercial Real Estate practice in London.  Their team acts for London and UK-based clients investing and/or operating domestically in high value investment and development projects across all property asset classes.  They are also involved in transactions involving inbound flow of real estate capital from foreign investors into the UK (predominantly acting for Middle Eastern and Far East clients). As a result, many of the deals carried out by the team are typically high-end, multi-disciplinary, structured/leveraged real estate deals involving the acquisition or disposal of high value assets, or corporate SPVs.  The team are involved in: investment acquisitions and disposals for UK investors including pension funds and property companies, overseas pension funds and other investors, including high net worth individuals; commercial and residential development, including site assembly, development and disposal for private and public sector developers and housebuilders; asset management work for a variety of clients from pension funds to local authorities; occupier advisory work for private companies, charities and Registered Providers; and working with other teams within the firm on large scale M&A and commercial real estate refinancing projects.  This particular role falls within their group handling major residential development and mixed use projects and big-ticket investment work in this area, with clients ranging from overseas investors, to UK institutions, developers and social housing providers.  The firm are seeking excellent technical legal skills, with an eye for detail, along with a dedicated and strong client focus, and drive and enthusiasm for the practice.  Don't miss this superb London career opportunity - please apply now!
