This leading offshore and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Corporate / Funds lawyer to join their thriving and market leading practice on Jersey.  The position will entail a broad array of top-level transactions across these areas, including a full range of Corporate M&A, capital raising and restructuring matters, as well as Fund formations, transactional and advisory Funds work.  The Funds side focusses particularly on major deals involving the private equity and venture capital sectors, including large-scale private, real estate and ESG funds, regularly acting alongside the Magic/Silver circle and other top international law firms.  Applicants will need to have high-level relevant Corporate and/or Funds experience, ideally gained within a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm.
