Their practice is highly rated for their top-level expertise across the Banking spectrum, including in aircraft/asset finance, hedge fund and private equity finance, project finance and secured cross-border transactions and financial restructurings; while also holding a leading reputation in debt capital market issuances, securitisations and structured finance, including CLOs and secured note programme structures.  Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with high-level experience from a major international law firm, and a strong academic background.
