Private Equity - 4-6 PQE - US law firm

Wall street law firm seeks an ambitious mid level private equity associate to join its leading PE team.  You will work with an impressive mix of blue chip clients on a variety of high profile and stimulating matters.  You will enjoy the excellent training and the opportunity to work within a supportive team with some of London's leading private equity partners.  The successful candidate is likely to be working for a top tier private equity practice in London or in a commonwealth jurisdiction. You will have solid Private Equity experience, including some or all of drafting and negotiating locked box and completion accounts SPAs, management incentive documents (including leaver terms) and shareholders' agreements, alongside supervising junior colleagues on NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and other ancillary documents.  You will have some experience of the structuring of private equity transactions and reviewing and commenting on funds flows.  This role is well suited for a candidate who has had broad experience of Private Equity transactions and is ready to take the next step in their career into leading deals, reporting directly to partners and communicating with clients, while leading on the drafting of sophisticated documentation and supervising more junior colleagues on other areas of the typical private equity process.
