Junior Legal Counsel - Tech

International Technology Company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join this very busy team and fast-growing company.  Based in newly re-furbished offices in Central London the company has a flexible working policy, but encourages the team to get together to keep the collaboration going!

The main remit of this role is to:

• Draft and negotiate on a wide range of commercial contracts, marketing materials, leases and agreements.
• Drafting and updating of contracts templates as well as Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.
• Assist with conducting training and keeping the team updated on any changes to Privacy laws.

The skillset:

• Qualified UK solicitor at the start of their career.
• In-house legal experience.
• Strong commercial contracts experience.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements (GDPR, DPA and PECR)
• Thrive on a variety of work!
