Key Role in a City Firm – Partner Prospects – Senior Leveraged Finance Associate (4+ PQE)

This international City firm is looking to fill a key gap in its growing leveraged finance team.   

Whoever joins in this position will become an important member of the practice as it continues to expand, with excellent partnership prospects a key selling point of the role. 

The finance team has a diverse range of clients including blue chip borrowers, lenders and sponsors.  The finance team specialises in mid-market deals valued at between 50-200 million pounds, although they are occasionally tasked on aspects of larger transactions.   

The team has extensive expertise in real estate financings, as well as sponsor-side financings.  In addition, the team works on more mainstream bank lending, including acquisition financings. 

The firm has a very friendly culture that values its associates’ lives outside of work, producing an extremely positive environment throughout the office.  Flexible working is encouraged and there is no ‘face time’ culture at all.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of PQE in finance, ideally with a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance.
