The Role
5+ PQE Real Estate Lawyer to join Band 1 Real Estate team as a PSL within Bristol Top 50.
Supporting a team of 75 RE lawyers (of which 15 are Partners) with an existing PSL function in place. The role sits within a wider PSL team, working similarly with those in Construction, Planning, Disputes and other key relevant sectors.
You'll be pivotal in delivering training and best practice to colleagues at all levels (adapted for a full hybrid working policy for all), sharing insight across departments and consulting on technical complexities and perceived trends whilst supervising the use and growth of digital platforms.

The team is structured so career development continues whilst in a PSL function, moving to more senior roles in time.
The Requirements
- 5+ PQE within Real Estate
- Experience in leading others and delivering training
- Willingness to develop and progress up the career ladder.
- Engagement with present and future clients with the ability to manage, exceed and anticipate evolving needs and expectations.
