Our client is a leading property, residential, construction and services group. Their Real Estate division is one of the UK's leading players undertaking development, investment and asset management across a broad spectrum of sectors including offices, retail, industrial and mixed-use schemes. They are the trusted long-term partner to many public and private sector clients.

A great opportunity has arisen for a commercial real estate lawyer to join the team. You will report to the Head of Legal and support the business on a wide range of matters, including asset management and development work. Forming close relationships with your business colleagues and senior stakeholders across the business, you will also advise them on a range of ancillary matters and strategic decisions, as required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE (and potentially significantly more) gained in either a respected private practice firm or in-house team. In every case, you will have robust training together with high quality, relevant experience and a good grounding in commercial real estate work.

This role is a perfect opportunity for a junior commercial real estate lawyer to develop and maximise their potential in-house or a more experienced lawyer to progress their career in one of the UK's most respected names in Real Estate.
