In-house Construction Lawyer

Excellent opportunity for a construction lawyer to work on high-profile net zero infrastructure projects which will help the UK reach its net zero target!!!!

We are working with a FTSE 100 business based in the West Midlands which is looking to expand its legal team with the appointment of an experienced construction lawyer. 

You will form part of an established high calibre team and work on infrastructure projects including the construction of new substations, overhead line and underground cable routes and offshore cable projects.  

We are keen to hear from experienced construction lawyers who will be at the forefront of these projects which will see you working closely with the business and the wider legal team.  The work is predominately focussed on non-contentious construction projects and construction contracts (80% of the role) but will also involve you overseeing early stages of any disputes and mucking in with the legal team by advising on wider commercial legal issues.
