Errington Legal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially driven Corporate Solicitor to join a team within a highly regarded national law firm.

The successful candidate will undertake a broad mix of corporate work such as M&A, corporate finance, private equity joint ventures, fundraising, general shareholder agreements, capital markets, and general corporate advisory work.

The ideal candidate may already be a junior partner or an experienced solicitor looking to make the step up to partnership level, ideally with your own following. Our client are looking for someone who is proactive, independent and with strong motivational skills who will be keen to get involved in business development and growth opportunities to further benefit the team.

Interviews will be conducted via video calls.
