Job Details
Our client is an elite, international law firm seeking a Non-contentious Construction Lawyer on a 3-6-month contract for their Band 1 ranked team in London. The position is to start ASAP and there is the opportunity for the contract to be extended past the initial term.
The Non-Contentious Construction team is highly ranked and regularly handles high profile, large scale and complex projects within the energy, property development, transport, and construction sectors, both within the UK and globally.
The successful construction lawyer can expect to work with clients on a wide range of contracts including professional appointments, building contracts, EPC/EPCM/EPIC contracts, FEED and early works agreements, framework/call off arrangements, supply-only contracts and more.
Candidates should be available immediately (or at short notice) and have upwards of 4 years' PQE in handling a non-contentious construction caseload with their experience gained in a highly ranked real estate finance team within a City, International or US firm.
The firm would prefer if candidates spent at least 2 days a week within the London office.
