Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

A highly reputable and growing firm have a requirement for a Residential Conveyancer (either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) for their offices based in Luton to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have at least two years experience in dealing with a full range Residential Conveyancing matters.

You must be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a Residential Conveyancing caseload freehold, leasehold, Sales, Purchases, New Builds and Plot Purchases from start to finish under minimum supervision.

You will also have a good working knowledge of the basic IT packages, preferably with experience on case management systems and able to provide an excellent level of client care.
