In House Counsel

Due to continued growth, our client are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer with 2+ PQE to join their In- House Residential Property Team in East Anglia.

You will be expected to independently manage a caseload of Shared Ownership, OMS and Site set up files and provide supervision on the same. You will collaborate with the Commercial Property Team to ensure smooth and efficient transactions following the purchase/development of Shared Ownership and (OMS) properties, developing and maintaining a successful relationship with the Sales Team.

You will support the training and development of the New Homes Team to cross-skill team members and support with effective recruitment as required.

It is essential for this role that you will have Shared Ownership and Plot Sales conveyancing experience and In house/social housing experience. The ideal candidate will also have good managerial skills with a high level of communication skills as you will be expected to develop and support junior members of the team providing training to staff across positions of qualified and support.
