Commercial In-House Lawyers – Consulting opportunities 3 – 5 days per week

We have a growing number of opportunities for freelance lawyers to work with in-house legal teams across the UK. Workloads are varied and interesting and will suit a broad set of experience across commercial contracts, data privacy/protection and technology. These roles are remote based or hybrid, with the option to work 3, 4 or 5 days across the week. 

Some of our current opportunities include: 

• A public sector organisation is looking for support to cover a parental leave for their busy in-house team. This is a commercial contracts review role, and you will ideally also have some experience of working either with public procurement and/or financial services.  
• A fantastic opportunity to set up the in-house legal function for a business that has just spun out of a large PLC. You will be happy to work independently, enjoy setting up new processes and building new relationships and ideally have some experience in the information industry. 
• A British multinational company is looking for a Data Protection lawyer to support their team on risk assessments, marking up and designing policies, creating training documents and legal research.  

For most of our projects, you will need to be qualified in England & Wales with recent in-house legal experience from leading institutions/corporates. You will be available immediately or within the next month and have the right to work in the UK. We are happy to consider applications from all levels of candidates who can demonstrate the skills necessary for each opportunity.
