The Role

This firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Barrister to join the celebrated practice.

You will be working on the top end, high-value cases with some of the firm's ultra-high net worth clients. You will be advising individuals and companies based in both the UK and overseas, with a solid amount of international work.

For example, you will act on director and shareholder disputes, provide advice on all stages of the insolvency and restructuring processes for both creditors and debtors and undertake debt recovery claims.

You will benefit from a well-above market rate salary and be part of a close-knit and highly professional team.

Requirements

You will be a UK qualified Barrister with Litigation experience
You will have some experience with Insolvency & arbitration law
