COMMERCIAL COUNSEL

PUBLISHING PLC

FULLY REMOTE ROLE

We are working with a hugely successful newspaper, magazine and digital publisher, the largest news publisher in the UK. A multiple award winning business, they have always adapted and evolved with the times and their digital presence is phenomenal.

We are looking to recruit an additional lawyer to join the Commercial Legal team on a permanent basis, reporting into the Commercial Legal Director.

The role has a definitive focus on commercial/technology agreements, DP, IP and advertising. You may not be an expert in all these areas as this could be a development role, but prior relevant experience is required: you will enjoy autonomy and good levels of responsibility.

If you want a varied workload which involves exciting and high profile work but still has the flexibility of fully remote working and offers excellent work/life balance, this role is for you!

As part of Kinsella Legal's candidate registration and care process, all successful applications are responded to within 14 working days. If you have not been contacted within this timescale this means your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. We may keep your details on our system on a confidential basis for future opportunities in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you would prefer us not to do this, please let us know.

Company

We are a boutique legal recruitment and resourcing consultancy, specialising in the placement of lawyers and legal professionals into roles both in-house and within law firms.

We pride ourselves on the relationships that we have built with our business partners over the many years that we have been in business.

We offer a unique service in the market place a genuine fusion of in-house and private practice legal recruitment expertise, which offers a "full perspective" service to clients and candidates. Our careers as lawyers and now as legal recruitment consultants have enabled us to build a substantial network of contacts, which supports everything that we do.

Our clients and candidates choose to work with us because of our emphasis on building long-term relationships founded on integrity. It means recommendations are genuine, discretion assured and we never forget that today's junior lawyer is tomorrow's Managing Partner or General Counsel.
