MUSIC LAWYER 0-3 PQE - LONDON (TOP RANKED PRACTICE)

Are you a music lawyer or a commercial lawyer in a well regarded law firm with a passion for music and wanting to make the switch to work as a music lawyer? 

My client is a media law firm with a top music practice.  They have a fantastic role for a junior to mid level music lawyer.  Ideally you will be working as a music lawyer but if not, have a solid background in commercial / IP law with strong drafting skills and some connection to the music industry which is more than simply a hobby. 

You will need to have a very commercial approach to your work, enjoy all aspects of building client relationships and have the desire to build and develop your own practice in time.  You will be acting both for established artists at the very highest level and new talent.  You will have the opportunity to develop working under the guidance of some of the best music lawyers around.  

Supporting the work of the partners, but also given plenty of autonomy, you will be drafting and negotiating a range of agreements from management agreements, publishing deals, record deals, artist agreements through to live performance, merchandising and sponsorship agreements.
