Job Details

Our global client is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded in-house legal team. This is an opportunity to work in an interesting industry sector in a position that will offer the opportunity for progression and development.

The Company is based in Berkshire but does offer hybrid / flexible opportunities. Some of the team work in the office a couple of days a week, others only come in for key meetings a couple of times a quarter. They want people to be able to work in the best environment for them.

The successful candidate will:

  • Review, draft and negotiate a diverse range of commercial agreements including but not limited to, software, technology, media and data licensing agreements
  • Advise the business in respect of other legal and commercial matters
  • Have post-qualification experience gained in a well-regarded law firm and / or industry experience in business services, technology, software or professional services
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
Our client envisages that candidates with at least 2 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
