Job Details

Our client is looking for a Data Protection Solicitor to come in and assist the Company in matters relating to data protection and compliance.

You will have in-depth experience of managing privacy and data protection programmes including experience of GDPR management.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong experience in managing data privacy / protection and data compliance
  • Provide support including assistance with support in data privacy impact evaluations, data privacy incident management and handle data subject requests
  • Draft and negotiate data processing agreements
  • Implement and ensure execution of data privacy programs and provide respective guidance to management including regular data privacy trainings to the organisation
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well and deliver data advice to non-lawyers in a common-sense manner
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be a qualified solicitor, would suit 2-8 years PQE
