If successful, you will perform the following role as an Employment Solicitor:

  • Managing a wide spanning claimant employment law caseload from initial enquiry to conclusion
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients throughout various geographical areas
  • Reviewing cases including unfair dismissal, wages claims, discrimination, whistleblowing, settlement agreements, harassment and redundancy
  • Some non-contentious work around contracts advice and TUPE
