Job Details
Our client is a leading Magic Circle firm with over 2,500 lawyers globally. Their fast-growing Middle East network has been established for over 40 years. They have several market leading practices, including corporate, finance, projects and dispute resolution. Their Dubai office is Tier 1 rated for corporate M&A.
The firm represents leading corporates, financial institutions and governments. The team advises on mergers, acquisitions, disposals equity capital markets, joint ventures, restructuring and private equity transactions. You will have exposure to some of the most complex and sophisticated transactions in the Middle East. You will also have excellent levels of responsibility and the opportunity to lead on deals.
The right candidate for this opportunity will have:
- 2 - 5* PQE experience in M&A and corporate gained at an international law firm;
- Excellent academics;
- Commitment to be based in Dubai.
*Candidates outside of the stated PQE will be considered if you can show the requisite competencies.
