We are working closely with a top-tier Corporate law firm, looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join this leading team in Melbourne.
Our client is renowned in the Corporate space and the Melbourne teamwork across a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, Private Equity, ECM and energy resources.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, friendly and collegiate team.
We have placed a number of people with this client, all of whom have had positive feedback on the supportive and friendly culture, along with the opportunity to work on market-leading transactions.
Due to the continued growth of the team, our client is now looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience
- Admitted as a Lawyer in Australia, New Zealand or the UK
- Experienced gained in a leading law firm
- An excellent academic record
