*NEW* Data Privacy Lawyer (12M FTC)- US Firm

Pembury Legal is delighted to be working with an Elite US firm in their search for an experienced Data Privacy Lawyer on a 12 month fixed term contract either on a full-time or reduced hours basis. The successful candidate will support the contentious and non-contentious advice on data protection, privacy, and cyber work, reviewing and drafting policies and contractual documentation for their international financial services/PE clients. Applicants should be at least 6PQE and have: Experience with data protection / privacy (UK and EU), including the EU and UK GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive Leadership and/or management skills Experience assisting with commercial contracts and M&A transactions, including due diligence and advising on risks and steps to mitigate them. The firm offers a very attractive six-figure salary at one of the world's most prestigious law firms.
