This role is specifically targeted at those approaching qualification or recently qualified.

Our client is a large international practice with a significant presence in the Manchester market. 

The construction team encompasses a broad range of work both contentious and non-contentious. The quality of the work, clients and team members is first class.

The team have continued to make strides locally, nationally and internationally and it is this increased demand that fuels the desire to grow further.

What they are looking for is, first and foremost, a genuine passion and interest in construction specific work. This can be one or both of contentious and non-contentious. Ideally you will have had some exposure to (i) construction specific work or (ii) contentious experience where you have gained access to specific construction work or somewhere with a strong cross over such as professional indemnity (as it pertains to construction) or (iii) Clear commercial contracts experience which could be transferable to a transactional construction role.

The reality is that the role cannot be a full retrain proposition but for skill sets that sit in close proximity and when combined with a clear demonstrable interest in construction, it is something that the team could consider.
