Job Details
Our client is a leading online commercial platform headquartered in Dubai.
The three lawyer legal team supports the entire business and this role will be focussing on TMT and commercial matters.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, technology contracts (outsourcing, software agreements, development agreements), IP matters, data protection and privacy, cybersecurity and general corporate and commercial law matters.
The right candidate for this position will have:
- 6 PQE+ and be common law qualified
- at least 2 years experience in private practice
- ideally experience in the Middle East
