Employment Partner – Central London 

Our client, a highly ranked, full-service law firm based in Central London are looking for a senior employment lawyer to join their team.

Ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chamber & Partners, the firm offer a full spectrum of legal services, representing clients from high-net-worth individuals to SME’s and large corporations. Their work is both domestic and covers many jurisdictions globally, giving the firm a truly international reach.

The Employment Team

The team represent clients across a wide range of predominantly private sector industry and service areas including a number with international operations. 

They provide a comprehensive employment law service including advice in respect of restructuring and redundancy, transfer of undertakings, all types of employment claims (including wrongful and unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and equal pay), breach of confidentiality and restraint of trade including injunctions and the drafting of contractual documentation. 

Opportunity

The ideal candidate is likely to have at least 10 years of PQE and significant experience in acting for large private sector employers. A key part of the role will be to create and deliver new work. You will have a proven track record in developing and implementing a business development strategy, with a focus on generating new business. Several established personal connections and significant work is also essential along with a demonstrable experience of winning new clients and establishing referrer relationships 

You will enjoy building relationships across our teams and locations and be able to do so quickly. You will possess strong communication skills, a flexible approach and a willingness and desire to work with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service.
