This dedicated PI and Clin Neg firm is perceived to be one of the best in the south.  They have a market-rated Inquests team, and are now expanding due to increased instructions.

You will join a team who are passionate about the work they do - as well as committed, ambitious, loyal and excited about the future of the team and firm.  

You will be given ongoing training and support, but knowledge of some of these areas is required:

•  
  • Claims under the ECHR / Human Rights Act
  • Clinical negligence claims
  • Deaths in Prison and / or Police custody
  • Applications under s.13 Coroners Act
  • Judicial Review
  • Legal Aid contract work
