Opportunity for an ambitious and highly skilled Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join a high-quality practice in High Wycombe.
This firm has been going through a period of rapid growth over the last 3 years, seeing a rise in turnover from £7.5m to £11m this financial year. Indeed, they have focused on expanding the breadth and depth of their commercial services offering and have expanded into a number of international markets with this in mind.
The leadership team has made a string of key strategic hires across multiple practice areas over the last 10 years, many of whom are ex-City lawyers who want to provide cost-effective legal services to their clients with the backing of a highly modern firm that prioritises innovation and progress.
These Partners and Head of Departments are looking to grow their respective teams making it a very exciting time to consider joining this firm, with real and tangible progression pathways for those who want it.
The role and Corporate practice:
Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to progress within a highly successful team in High Wycombe.
- The firm has a diverse portfolio of corporate work and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder disputes and corporate reorganisations which makes for an incredibly varied and interesting workload for an ambitious individual to explore
- The team has built a varied and interesting client base that spans across the UK and internationally and they want someone who can continue to enhance the firm's presence in the corporate sphere
- As an established senior solicitor who is comfortable running your own transactions, you will also have management responsibilities and be committed to developing junior members of the team

- Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Strong track record in business development and marketing
