The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with and support the senior management team, ensuring the business maintains its integrity, is legally compliant and everything is in order as it moves to the next phase of its international expansion.

Broad range of legal work, instructing external law firms where necessary and providing commercial guidance and support to the business.

You will work across all its different teams and your role will develop with the business.

You

A qualified solicitor with good commercial contracts experience. Broader experience in other areas would be helpful but not essential. This might be in risk and compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, employment, charity and/or company secretarial.

Personality fit will be important, along with a can-do attitude and being a real team player.

This is a part-time role initially, 2-3 days a week. You can work from home or in the Bristol office or hybrid. Ideally you would be on hand for a couple of hours each day depending on what matters might arise. This is negotiable.

This role will suit a commercial solicitor working in private practice looking to make their first move in-house or an in-house lawyer wanting to work in a fresh new environment.

Alternatively you may be looking to return to the work-place after a career break or seeking a role with reduced working hours
