We have been instructed on a new role for a Knowledge Lawyer to join this elite US firm in London..
Private equity and funds is the cornerstone of the London office, and the Partners have well-established relationships with a range of prominent sponsors in the European market which provide a steady flow of high-quality transactional work.
With an increasing specialisation in this growing area of practice, the team requires a dedicated PSL to assist the fee-earners focussing on secondary transactions and related follow-on funds investments.
The more traditional PSL elements of the role include producing internal information and training programmes, precedent management, and generally providing legal support to the fee-earning team.
Ideally, the role will be filled by a Funds Associate who is looking to move away from fee earning. The role will be full-time or part-time, with options for a 3-day week if preferred, or a 4/5-day week.
